Interviews last from 30 -45 minutes with 3-4 panelists. Panelists are friendly. Interviews are competency based questions /sometimes known as behavioral questions. Questions are not more than four and the same questions are asked to all candidates, although follow up questions may differ.

Question 1
The questions depend on job grade and the competencies assigned to that grade. So you are asked to demonstrate with examples the things you have done in the past that will prove you have the desired competency.
