This is by far one of the most disturbing Interviews I have ever experienced. The Interview started with three individuals and the disturbing part was the fourth person that joined 10 minutes before the end of the Interview and asked the same questions over. My experience includes over a decade in Education and a year or so in Insurance and the interviewer repeatedly lambasted me and expressed confusion as to why I am pursuing a Career in Insurance when I have extensive qualifications in Education and experience. He completely overlooked the year of experience and the fact that I am a licensed Insurance advisor and were making insinuations that he knows for sure I will not be able to make the Sales required because of my extensive experience in Education . He said he was a teacher himself and he joined the sector (I don't know what that had to do with anything) This last round of interview was conducted by a very toxic person and he went on to express things that are not common in professional interviews. He said, I don't think I want you to join the Sales team, I want you to join a customer service rep team and the job you applied for is full already. He continued to ask and answer his own questions and had quite a monologue during the interview. Again, this was the most disrespectful interview I had. The team was from the Ontario market and the company should do well to remove him as a recruiter. The interview was on December 7th, 11 am EST for the Insurance Agent position.

The girl that I met virtually with, confirmed the interview super last minute. My interview was 9AM, she confirmed by email the day before at 630pm...dont know if they expect people to be checking their personal email all the time. They will ask you to go over all experiences on your resume. Ask why you left, and any employment gaps. They will also ask what is your definition of good customer service and any strengths or weaknesses.

Entretien
Applied through indeed and received an email asking for a phone interview. Scheduled the interview and spoke directly to HR. Questions were mainly behavioral questions, no technical questions whatsoever. This was back in Summer 2017.
