Phone screen, then on-site interviews. Pretty quick process. My background lined up well with the position so they quickly me an offer. The offer was good, but the culture seemed to be churn and burn. Cold call a bunch. If it works out, you'll be paid well. If it doesn't, we'll bring in the next guy. There wasn't really a sales system in place or supporting ecosystem. It is just a 'go out there and make something happen' job. It seems like some people make it, most don't.
