It was only with the responsible team, and the questions felt cliché. They had a script to follow, and the interview was conducted by 3 people. Unfortunately, the interviewers weren't fully prepared, leading to some awkward silences and a lack of fluidity in the conversation. This made the experience less engaging and harder to navigate.

Very well coordinated interview, with clear and fast communication. Structured questions. Interviewer seemed interested and engaged. Questions were all related to topics included in the job description. I had time to ask questions and the responses were direct and clear.

Interview consist of two stages, around 2.5 months in total from application process to until the offer being given. First stage with HR team, second stage with the direct supervisor.
