Complete a take-home "writing assessment" which it was not. Instead, it entailed developing a whole market strategy for a new product for a select industry of your choice and it was to be completed in 7 days and over the Christmas Holiday! it was a horrible process and unfair as challenges should be presented at the end of the interview process when candidates are assured it's a role they want and are notified that they are 1 of the top 2-3 candidates for the position. Instead, it felt like they were just seeking free work from candidates. Shame on them.
