I applied online, after a couple weeks I reached out to a recruiter that I found though LinkedIn reiterating my interest in the job. They followed up with me and sent over a questionnaire asking me to define Enterprise AI and asking if I'd be willing to commute to the office on a regular basis. ( I took regular to mean 2-3 days in office, this wasn't the case!) Afterwards the recruiter followed up and schedule a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. There was very little info given on who I was speaking too, just a name no job title or insight on the rest of the interview process. It was ONLY during the interview with the hiring manager did I learn that they expect everyone to come into the office 5 days a week, no exceptions. This seems incredibly inflexible and old school. The manager even mentioned a NYT article highlighting their stance on this. I was willing to consider it, but then they mentioned that sometimes they need take work home or work over the weekends to meet deadlines. I took that as the company/CEO wants what's convenient for them, but not for their employees. I reviewed a couple of projects from my portfolio and wrapped up with a few more questions. After my interview I did not hear back from the recruiter, I followed up with them twice and they said they would speak with the hiring manager. They still never followed up with me and just completely ghosted. Would not recommend - no flexibility on WFH, this should've been clearly stated in the job application, and overall poor communication.

I can confirm that the negative feedback you see here is accurate. I went through a lengthy interview process, provided professional references upon request, and was subsequently informed the position had been closed. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve encountered. The process began with a screening call, followed by an interview with a team manager. They then sent me an assessment that took 10-12 hours to complete. Afterward, I had another online interview with a team member, and later, I was invited for a 3-hour onsite interview with additional team members. Throughout this process, I got a clear sense of the company’s culture: decisions seem to depend heavily on the CEO, leading to noticeable micromanagement, as echoed in other Glassdoor reviews. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities here. This experience left me with serious doubts about the company's professionalism and culture.

The hiring manager scheduled an interview about 2 weeks from receiving my application. It was a zoom interview w/ the Lead Designer. As the initial point of contact, I assumed the interviewer was a hiring manager, but found out midway through that he was the supervisor for the position. We talked a little bit about the role (which involved branding projects for various internal departments) but the majority of the conversation involved the interviewer speaking to the company's clientele, their product, and their CEO. I found it somewhat interesting but seemed more like a sales pitch, rather than learning more details about the day-to-day of the role and whether I'd be a good fit and vice-versa. He also spoke of bringing projects home on weekends, coming in 5 days a week, and it generally seemed like there is no shortage of work for the team they have.
