The weirdest interview experience I ever had. I was undergoing the final interview it was supposed to be 3 hour technical interview with 3 different technical interviewers. The first round went well i solved the coding problem, the second was system design for which i got good review from interviewer at that time. Then i waited half an hour for interviewer to join, he joined and told me we can not forward your candidacy. My interview was going good but I completely respect their judgment criteria, but what I was thinking is it a good practice? I mean I was dedicated 3 hours (2 coding rounds) to judge on right? If I have taken out 3 hours from my schedule shouldn't they conduct the full interview and then give me the proper feedback. They should have respected my time as well theirs. I had read a lot about politics and toxicity in the company before applying and saw a flavor just during the interview process. Wont be applying ever again. PS: The coding question, i had already solved on leetcode so you can guess I knew the answer so there is no way they say i have solved it wrong
