      Interviewer was quite disrespectful. Late for the interview, never looked at me, no engagement, finished interviews in 15 minutes. I might didn’t do a good job but it was very disappointing attitude.

      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez C3 AI (Redwood City, CA) en déc. 2021

      "JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK" My Interview process was 3 months long. Clearly the management, HR and the hiring manager didn't know what they want. After all the six rounds of interview recruiter called to tell me they were extending an offer. While waiting for the offer, I received another call stating they want me to meet CMO and that will be the final round. Then the recruiter called back to say they are extending offer again. After 1 week they again came back and said they want me to submit a blog as a part of their new policy. After I submitted the blog they now wanted me to finish an assessment. I was pretty frustrated by their unclear communication by now. But I wanted to continue as I was always given an impression that this was the last round. The assessment looked like a client pitch and thats not what the job requirements were. So, I clearly communicated this to the recruiter but they said it was mandatory. After I submitted my assessment, I got a call from hiring manager at morning 8 am with no prior heads-up to correct a few sentences in the PPT. ( This attitude clearly shows they dont value the candidates time or respect their personal space). 20 days later, I received a call from CMO apologizing that the assessment was not right for me and they are not clear what questions they should be asking me. However now he provided me with new assessment which I submitted back again. Today after 3 months of this crazy long process I received a standard rejection template from recruiter. I would have not accepted their offer even if they extended me one as they played with my emotions and didn't respect my space and time. But throughout my process the only thing clear to me is " THE COMPANY'S CULTURE IS TOXIC & THEY DONT VALUE THE EMPLOYEE'S TIME." Please stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your sanity.
