I had a phone interview and a video onsite afterward (because of COVID-19). The phone interview was pretty standard. A coding question and that's it. OnSite:- First Engineer asked me DATA pipeline and build process (Both not related to the job I applied and despite knowing that I don't have any experience related to this) I tried my best to answer them. The second interviewer came in and introduced herself and I introduced myself. And dropped off suddenly. And then the recruiter reached out to me that both of them said no. So the second interview rejected me by just listening to my work experience. (Which was more than needed for the job). Super weird. Although I am okay with not working in a company that doesn't allow their employees WFH in the time of national emergency and global pandemic.
