Timely, friendly, and enjoyable interviewing process. A conversation versus typical interviewing questions. Honest that I was not a fit for the position I was interviewing with an offered me another opportunity half way through my second interview. The type of managers I would like to work for, know how to lead and be team players. Will stay in touch with them and hoping another opportunity opens up in the near future!

Went in this interview process with high hopes. Everything seemed to be a match, with my experience, and the candidate C2 was looking for. Went through an initial phone screen, then immediately after had another phone screen - both went amazing. Then had a teams interview later in the week with 2 managers - that went amazing as well. Was asked to come in to the facility and interview with 3 managers, which I did, and that went amazing as well! I enjoyed the experience and getting to know everybody, as well as the projects C2 work on regularly. Was told I would be discussed.. 2 weeks later ( I have followed up twice) - I have been ghosted. Oh well.
