The interview process consisted of a single round with a panel of three, lasting an hour and focusing on situational and behavioral questions—many of which had no relevance to the advertised role description. Surprisingly, there was no initial screening call to discuss the role or candidate fit, making the process feel overwhelming and poorly structured. Also, the recruiter was cold to me because I asked him to repeat the question. Come on, candidates are already nervous when appearing for an interview. You don't have to be so cold and rude. Despite interviewing in November 2024 and being assured of feedback after Thanksgiving, I've followed up multiple times without any response. It seems they're seeking a beyond perfect candidate while failing to meet basic recruitment standards, like timely communication. This inefficient process, coupled with irrelevant questions, reflects poorly on the company. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone in their job search—avoid this company if you can.
