Pleasantly brief. I was recommended by a friend, then submitted my resume via email and took diagnostic tests in the subjects I planned to teach (the New SAT, by the way, is awfully tedious.) My interview itself was essentially just the job offer and paperwork.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. I first completed an online application and was later contacted by a hiring manager for a virtual interview. The interviewer also explained the training process, scheduling expectations, and company culture. Overall, the process felt organized and welcoming.

The interview process is very simple.
Usually a center director will reach out after you applied and have you sit in for a mock test to see your qualifications. Based on your score, they will ask basic things "why tutoring, what subjects are you also willing to teach..."
