Applying for the job was fairly easy. The application was short and I heard back within days. They tend to want people who have already graduated and had high test scores and grades. Before starting, they do require you to take an SAT or ACT where you must score in the 90th percentile in order to teach.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

Entretien
First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
