Phone screen with recruiter followed by three interviews with hiring manager and two others. Was informed by recruiter that initial feedback was positive and they would follow up with all feedback and next steps. Never heard back from recruiter, despite 3+ follow-up emails. Finally received automated email almost 2 months after interview informing me that they would not be moving forward with my application
