J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez C.H. Robinson (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2010
Entretien
I had an on-campus interview and then after I passed that-they flew me to Chicago, IL to interview in person. It was lengthy and the first part just consisted of sitting with a current employee, but they seemed busy and like they did not have the time to be having someone shadow them. Then, there was a one on one behavioral interview (tell us a time when...) and then a mock sales presentation in front of a panel.

Quick and easy but lack of communication with poor follow up lead to me finding another opportunity. I have heard positive feedback from others who ended up accepting positions there, maybe mine was an off situation.

2 step interview. Got the opportunity to shadow. Good atmosphere, comfortable, nice office, people were nice. Nice rooftop for lunch and job that can be remote. Seemed like the best logistics company to work for

Overall, this was a pretty neutral experience. It all came down to experience in the industry, which I had minimal, but extensive sales experience. I had multiple interviews and enjoyed all conversations except the VP from corporate. He was disengaged and did not seem excited about the company, which turned me off. Not a difficult process, but I would not recommend interviewing unless you have experience.
