I applied on their website, was contacted the next day. After a personality test that consisted on questions such as: "do you like parties" "would you rather stay in and read or go out and party". I passed their test and have another phone interview next that consists of behavioral questions. I say to prepare and have a lot of questions to ask them, I think the interviewer liked that and was the reason I was passed on to an assessment test. I would take the test right away, they contacted me about setting up another interview the day after I took the test but missed the call on a Friday afternoon so I had to wait until Monday to get a hold of someone.
