I applied in response to a job posting listed on their website. About 2 weeks later I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic. It lasted about 30min and they mainly wanted to know my interest in the position and the company as well as some standard info regarding availability, salary, etc.

Took about 3 weeks in total. Interviewed with recruiter and went pretty well, minus technical difficulties getting the teams meeting started. Set me up with interview the following week with hiring manager. She had just been promoted to her position within the past couple of months and it showed. Thought it went pretty well and I was very much qualified for the role. I was told they needed someone quick and the process would move very fast from here (not the case). The following Monday I received another offer and emailed the recruiter asking for a timeline as I didn't want to leave the offer on the table too long. I hadn't gotten a reply so emailed again Thursday morning. Nothing by Friday afternoon so reached out on Linkedin. The following Monday afternoon I received a generic email from the recruiter thanking me for my time but they went with someone more closely aligned with the role.
