Poor communication. Reschedules can be made a day before the interview without a heads up. Everything is done as if rushed. Within a span of few days of receiving an offer, you may be expected to complete a mini project before you get to the actual interview a few days later, where you might be tested again.

The interview process was good as the people who interviewed me were very professional and it was a technical interview but nothing outside what I already do. Overall I can say it was good
