The recruiting process was very efficient, well organized, and transparent. All interviewers and the recruiter were friendly and helpful throughout the process. The steps of the process were exactly as the first LinkedIn message mentioned.

After initial HR phone screens, I had an interview with the founder, which included situational questions and a SQL test (which, by the way, was done on the best code-test platform I've seen). After that, another situational/experiential interview with one of the company's advisor/mentors (this was the one thing that I think could be improved in the process: the difference between advisor, mentor, and supervisor was not clear).
