The interview process was relatively easy and quick. Altogether it took two weeks and I interviewed with four people including the phone screening with the talent acquisition team. It was overall 7/10

I understand that it is an organisation that has origins from China but is asking the direct question "Do you speak Chinese?" an appropriate one to ask? Other than that, though the interview went relatively well; the structure was disorganised and there was no flow to the conversation. Therefore it became really hard to understand the logic of the discussion as the conversation haphazardly switches from "How do I prioritise my accounts" to Asking a question about past experiences in my previous companies.
