One 20-minute phone interview and one 30-minute video interview on the next day I submitted my CV directly to HR. The overall process is quick since it is just an intern position. And they sent offer quite soon afterwards as well.

Recruiter mentioned 4-5 rounds. Mostly via video calls for the first 3 rounds. First with the recruiter before moving on to the team lead and greater team lead. They tend to ghost though.

There were four rounds of interviews for me. I met with the recruiter, manager, manager’s manager and the HRBP.
The interview questions were focused on what if and example sharings. Knowledge about HR compliance, employee relations and strategic HR planning are very helpful.
