If you are applying for this role in global payments, get ready for a lengthy interview process (5 rounds + Case study) where the interviewer shows very little interest in your answers. The tech/behavioural interview questions are relatively doable, but beware that the HM will most definitely be based in China. That being said, bringing your ACS best-is-yet-to-be English into the interview is like bringing a gun to a knife fight. Be prepared for interviewers to not get you at least 70% of the time in English. So, you MOST definitely will have to be business proficient in Mandarin to get this role.

Terribly disorganized, interviewers would no-show, and they took 3 weeks to get back to me after final round of interviews (5 rounds total). Most of the interviewers only spoke Mandarin, and were based in Beijing, so you'll need to be fluent to successfully interview.
