Onsite interview multiple times with staff and CEO. Easy coding question from two software engineers. Behavior questions from CEO. Not as good as other companies for the interview process. Two onsite interviews with the CEO.

1. phone interview 2. onsite interview (with two engineers) 3. onsite interview (with CEO) Engineers are pretty nice and ask some reasonable questions, the CEO more focus on behavior questions. The CEO even said you have to work so late and probably on weekend. One unreasonable thing to me is that every interview process went very well, but in the end, the CEO told me that I should go take the course from them for three months without any salary or compensation, and if the instructor thinks you are not suitable, they will decide not to use you. It already takes more than one month for the interview process, and you still need another three months to "probably" get the job. That's pretty unreasonable to me.
