The interview took about 25 minutes. This was an introductory interview that I believe was meant to primarily gauge the personalities of the candidates. The interviewer was very talkative and offered a very detailed explanation regarding the sort of person they were looking for, and what they will be expected to do. This was very helpful, as this did not entirely match the tasks that were described in the job advertisement. I understood that this was not the position I was hoping for, and I would most likely not fit in. Despite this, I had an overall positive experience. The conversation was quite casual and the interviewer offered a lot of information about the company and its work environment.
