Two interviews - initial interview was over Microsoft teams with the director, really nice, relaxed approach just talking about my overall experience, cv and the role itself.
Second interview was a 45 minute assessment then an interview with the director and partner at the London office. They discussed my cv & experience, they really want someone who is keen to progress in the role and develop at Buzzacott. The second interview was relaxed, everyone I met was very friendly, approachable and made me feel at ease. The office is beautiful and in a great location.
The only thing I would say is I’m not sure if I were actually given the 45 minutes time for the assessment - I was guided to the room by the internal recruiter and by her surprise it was used before me (no one booked the room before me I think) so that had to be cleared and then in between my assessment a caterer came in to clean up during. That said, I spent too much time on one question as I didn’t fully understand it and I think that is why I wasn’t offered the position because I didn’t review the answers that I had more experience with/knew more about when I should have provided more information. The recruiter said overall they liked me and I liked them too, but I just needed to provide more info about some of the benefits - I won’t go further in detail but just fully prepare for all of this. It’s a great opportunity if you really want to purse a career in benefits consultancy. Best of luck.
