The first one was a short Q&A from a recruiter. Easy questions about experience and desire. Seemed more interested in promoting the company than gaining knowledge about the interviewee. The second was a one on one with a lead inspector. It was more like a conversation and very laid back. There were no “canned” questions or a person going down a list. Very casual and non intimidating .
