The hiring process had 4 stages:
1. Interview with an internal recruiter
2. Task to complete in my own time
3. First Stage interviews with the Head of Product, a Front-End Developer and the Head of People
4. Final Stage interviews with the Head of Engineering and one of the company founders.
The questions asked were varied - a good mixture between skills-based and personality-oriented questions, along with questions about my work ethic and process, my current role, my ideal office culture, my frustrations with my current role. As well, I had two challenges and I had to refer back to my task.
Overall, the interviews ranged in difficulty between the different interviewers, with the ones more tailored to my role being harder than the general soft skills-focused ones.
The process was extremely well-organised, I was informed of my progress through all stages in a very timely fashion.
