Three stage interview, meeting both co-founders and the Head of People. The first stage was a formal interview with the next two stages being more relaxed.
Although the first stage interview was challenging, questions were relevant and interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. Second and third stages were more general chats about my experience, what I could bring to the company and hearing about the company's history and plans.
Every interaction I had was a positive one and at each stage left wanting the job more and more! The passion for the brand and what they do is infectious.
