The interview took place over teams. The HR representative asked a series of situational and competency based questions. The interviewer asked about accommodation status, availability, and experience with customer service, hospitality, barista work.

We had a pretty simple interview over an online call, the interviewer just tried to get to know me and my interests, then offered me the job after the interview.
