Interview held with the six team leads over the foreclosure operations division. I was asked to give a brief introduction and characteristics. Each team lead gave an overview of their department and ask how my experience qualified me for their position. Once this was done i met with the VP of operations

The process took 2 weeks and then I was hired within the company. I sat down with 2 managers who drilled me on the process and then tipped me off, that I had the job before leaving by winking.
