The interview process had multiple steps but felt very organized and went quickly. It took a week and a half between the recruiter reaching out to me to me hearing the final decision. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and also enjoyed my in-person interviews. I met with three of the leaders for this role and they each showed respect, were very honest, and charismatic. For a person who gets very nervous during interviews, I had no issues.

The process took nearly three months, with an odd recorded q&a session, 3 interviews and a personality and problem solving test. At the conclusion after a very different/odd third interview, I was told I was no longer being considered for the position. I think the whole process could have been more streamlined to eliminate the drawn out timeline.
