Very simple and laid back. They will call you for a short phone interview, which will last only around 10-15 minutes. If they like you they will then contact you for a face-to-face interview. The interview is pretty casual, you sit in the lobby area on the couches and just talk. The entire vibe is very casual and comfortable. They ask basic questions, and is fairly short they explain what your position will be and how you can grow in the company.
