Spoke with VP/Program Manager. Interview was simplistic: does your skill set match the contractual need and if so you’re hired. It’s been almost 4 years I have no regrets joining the BCMC team.

See above- questions based off contractual need. If you possess the skill set needed they are happy to submit an offer once resume is approved through the customer. Went very swiftly and I was happy to accept.
