Very simple interview process. It was a group interview with 3 sections. Pick out a toy that represents your personality, work as a team to complete a puzzle, and brainstorm solutions to different scenarios with your team.

Entretien
Very laid back. Waited in the lobby for about 2 hours, then was called into a room in the back. Had a casual discussion about previous employment, my career aspirations, and some questions to determine my ability to work with others. They were friendly and conversational, which took away pretty much any amount of nervousness I had and really made it an enjoyable experience. Definitely the best interview I've ever had.
