The timeline between the interview invitation and the scheduled interview was quite short (one day), which made preparation challenging. Additionally, communication regarding next steps could have been clearer. Providing candidates with more advance notice and structured updates would help improve the overall candidate experience.

Follow up process is good. I was not rejected in the final round. It took around 1month to complete all the process/round. Included writing and presentation skills and the final round was with the country director.
