Interviewed in early December. Normal conversational interview. Pleasant conversation. Went well. It was implied that I would be called for a second interview but with the Holidays it could be a few weeks. Sent follow-up email end of December as was told that when they had updates or next steps they would be reaching out within a few weeks. Random form decline email sent mid January.
