Utterly dreadful. I was contacted by a recruiter. Had an initial conversation with them which was positive. This was followed by an in-person interview which was a positive experience. What followed was complete radio silence from the recruiter, no response to LinkedIn messages or email. I would highly avoid using this person and apply directly.
