There is an initial phone screening then three more interviews with the account executive, account supervisor and Vice President. Everyone is very friendly and the interview was smooth and casual.
I went through many informational calls for networking, learning about open roles, talking with account team members and hr reps to gauge fit and workload. These were all over phone, not video

Entretien
Interview process was lengthy but overall a good experience meeting with multiple people from the team. However, I was was ghosted by BCW after they asked me to schedule a third round of interviewing, this time to meet the VPs. This outcome was very disheartening.
