I was contacted a few days after submitting application. They were very pleasant and the interview seemed more like a conversation without the standard interview questions. Interviewer seemed genuine and like she really cared about her employees and the job.

I met with two different members of the hiring committee, each for an hour. They asked me fairly standard interview questions. They were open about what the position required, and they answered my questions without difficulty. It was a warm interview process, and I felt quite comfortable.
