They’ll likely ask about past challenges, successes, and goals. They'll ask also to talk about your past experiences and what you learned from it and how it shapes your current goals.

I was invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview. I was provided 5+ questions to answer (2-3 minutes each). I was allowed to redo my answer(s) once. Overall, it was simple process.
