Applied online. Got called for an interview 2 days later. I scheduled for an interview 4 days after i got the call. The Interview was pretty basic. The Manager was nice. She asked common questions like give an example of previous experience with great customer service. Bad customer service. She said that since I've experienced both good and bad services, i basically know how others would feel if they were to be given such services. Which was a good thing. I was asked mainly about customer service questions. Then we talked about schedules. I had 2 days that I wasn't available anytime and that became a problem i guess. They have an attendance policy that says you need to have at least 9 hours of free time in a day. If you were to call in late 8 times in 3 months, they will have to let you go. she said she would hire me but my schedule had to be set. Ended up not getting back to her about the scheduling. I'm still waiting for another interview result from some place else.

it was very easy i was asked 3 questions. where have you worked before. why should we hire you. what's your availability. and then there was an orientation for 5 hours

The interview went great the manager gave me the job right then and said to come back in a week. Later I got a call to finish the application on the website and then we could move forward. The next day I got a text she didn’t realize there were no open positions available and I could try again later for a holiday season. Today I got a message saying they decided to go with a candidate with qualifications that were a better fit. I let go of other jobs because I was confirmed to have been hired. I have been in customer service for 10+ years but today I got a message they hired someone with better fitting qualifications. I shouldn’t have let go of other jobs that was my fault. They shouldn’t have confirmed I was hired after the interview then said I wasn’t because there was no openings to then messaged they hired someone else. I love the items in the store and the interview was with a new manager she was awesome but was really disappointed with the way this was handled and that there’s nothing I can do about that. I’m a single mom and have been looking for a job for awhile and finally got 3 callbacks but the first job to say I was hired was Burlington so I took that and let the others know I was hired. The interview was fine but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
