Went online filled out application. Got a call back 4 days later saying to come in that following Wednesday. Met with the hiring manager it went well because she had the store manager come in next after I talked to him she came back in saying I got the position.

get interview by store manager, then orientation , then paid job training which takes about a week or two. also you have to take a test after you get the position
