Got a call from the store manager to come in for an interview. The interview was basically just a information session, and got hired on the spot. Questions like how many languages can you speak? What's your customer experience? Simple questions, in and out within 15 minutes after filing a paper application with the manager. Wage was set as minimum wage, no negotiation. It was my first job, and it was only a summer job too, so relatively easy.

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
