super simple questions about you as a person and then they ask you to lift a box and then they make you make a burger then you have to eat it and tell them what you like and dislike about that burger and then you get hired
The interview process was easy and it seemed like they were looking for reliable workers to show up that would actually show up when they were supposed to and do their job.

The individual conducting the interview is efficient and thorough. I enjoy this and feel as if this method weeds out potentially volatile employees, making for a good work place environment.
