I got the first call for Interview And I cleared that round then I was selected for second round of interview with HR and The lab manager. In the entire second round only HR asked me the questions not the manager .They did not asked me a single technical question

There were 2 stages. First with HR, which was informal. Next with the lab managers and they ask you about your experience working in labs or talk more about your resume.

What is your weakness?
Has there ever been a time you had a conflict in the work place? How did you resolve it?
1. HR just read the questions. I think they have a questions list and they only need to ask one by one.
2. Manager will ask several questions related to the position, such as if you can do night shift.
