Oh boy am I appalled by the interviewers of this company. I've never felt so strongly about going to an interview and actually feel like not continue on the application.
2 staff came in, one clad in shirt and jeans + hoodie, mind you this is an interview, there ought to be a proper representation of the company to an outsider.
They clearly didn't prepare, proceeded to ask me questions that are properly written on the resume, didn't bother to ask me to elaborate further nor tell me about the job scope yet kept asking if I've any questions, to buy themselves time to think of the next question. This is absolutely unprofessional, as a HR professional, we are being taught from the very start how to portray the right image of the company especially to external customers like a candidate.
The manager herself cannot speak proper English, while explaining the job scope, there were countless of grammar and vocab errors - major turn off.
The interview was a complete waste of time, if you were simply going to ask questions like if I can do this and that, I think it should've been done over the phone screening, only when I fit the first cut then should you invite me down (I'm assuming I'm not suitable for the role) thankfully I don't stay too far, if I actually do spend 1hr to travel down, I would definitely be even more pissed off.
Not only was it a waste of my half day, it was the first time ever that before the interview ended I knew I wouldn't want to work in this company, it is just so bad. Especially when the staff is unable to portray a proper image of the company.
One of the worst interviewers and companies I've interviewed with.
