The interview process took an hour and was not rushed, the questions were fine if you researched and were confident with the history of the company (e.g. the founder Thomas Burberry and the establishment date and the current creative director).

Question 1
What do you know about the current creative director of Burberry and the company's goals and objectives?
They hire based on physical attributes rather than vitae. I was told by the manager in a passive aggressive way that I was not attractive enough to work there.
Ever since then, if i apply i am immediately rejected. I contacted the HR department. I received a call from a recruiter stating that they hire a diverse workforce of all different ethnicities, shapes, and sizes.
I work in the same mall at another high end store. The one who received the position was tall, skinny, and very attractive.
If you are plus sized, they will not hire you. It is a shame because i always wanted to work for them.
The interview process was extremely smooth.
The HR team was very helpful and clear with company expectations, day to day duties etc.
After the initial interview with the HR in Hong Kong, I was then able to progress into the next step with the in person interview with the manager at the store.
