I was contacted by a hr agency. They called me for a phone interview and then an in person interview was scheduled with the managers. The whole process took around 1 month.

Before the interview, we had to create a mood board showing our own personal style. In the interview we spoke about this and about the customer service role. It was all online as it was during COVID.

Telephone chat about the role for around 15 minutes and then I was invited to complete an online video interview. If you're successful at that stage you're then invited to an actual telephone interview and then an assessment centre, and then training takes place in London with all expenses paid.

I applied this position online at Burberry career website. One month after the my application, I was invited to attend a interview by email. The interview consists of three session: 1.Group interview 2.Written Test 3. Individual interview. The e interview is nice in the way that they tried to have better arrangement for me even I needed to leave early at the end and skip the individual session.
