Approached by a recruiter who had my CV on record. After chatting with him I was put forward for an interview with Bumper. Interview was the hiring manager talking for 10 minutes, repeating what I was told by the recruiter, me talking about my role and then me asking some questions. Hiring manager had no questions to ask. Was told I was not successful as I didn’t offer clarity on certain points, this being despite the hiring manager not asking for any clarity on the points raised.

Interviewer was late to the interview, didn't apologise was on his phone and wasn't engaged in the interview. Easily the worst interview I've had, did not come across professional. Whilst I was taking a moment to think of a question he cut the interview short. Absolute waste of time. believe my interviewer was Matt
