I can’t say enough good things about Bullhorn’s interview process—it’s been fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly communicative, laying out every step so I always knew what to expect. The team moved me through stages quickly but thoughtfully, respecting my time at every turn. Scheduling was a breeze—they offered so many options, I never struggled to find slots that worked for me.
I met people at all levels: hiring manager, leadership team, potential direct reports, even the VP. Everyone was open about opportunities and challenges, giving me a real feel for the role and company. What stood out most was their culture—every interaction showcased smart, passionate people who genuinely care. It’s rare to see this level of transparency and warmth in a process this efficient. I’m so excited to join the team—Bullhorn’s approach is a class act. Highly recommend!

My favorite question was, “What’s the most exciting thing you’re working on right now?” It let me dive into what I’m passionate about—building learning experiences that empower people. I shared how I’m driving self-service changes that put end-users in control, and it felt amazing to connect that energy to Bullhorn’s customer-focused mission.
It was solid (and disappointing because I didn't proceed in the interview). The recruiter did an amazing job keeping me engaged through out the process. He was very responsive and candid with me which I really appreciated.
